Baked Eggs and Bacon in Toast Cups are a delightful breakfast treat that combines the flavors of crispy bacon, runny eggs, and cheesy goodness, all nestled in crispy toast cups. These cups make for a perfect brunch dish or a special breakfast treat for your loved ones.
Ingredients: 4 slices of bread. 4 eggs. 4 strips of bacon. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh chives for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Cut off the crusts from each piece of bread. Use a rolling pin to make each slice flat. For muffins, use cooking spray or butter to grease the tin. Place a flattened piece of bread in the bottom of each muffin cup and gently press it into the shape of a cup. Once the bacon is crispy, break it up into little pieces. Spread the bacon pieces out in the bread cups. Cheese that has been grated should be put on top of the bacon in each cup. Carefully crack an egg into each bread cup so that the yolk doesn't get broken. Add a little salt and pepper to each egg. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still flowy. Change the baking time to get the yolk done the way you like it. Take them out of the oven and give them a minute or two to cool down. Add some fresh chives on top and serve hot.
