This Slow Cooker Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole is a comforting and simple dish that is great for brunch or breakfast parties. This dish is made with slow-cooked hash browns, cheese, and sour cream that are all perfectly creamy.
Ingredients: 1 32 oz package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes. 1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup. 1 8 oz container sour cream. 1 8 oz package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions: Grease the inside of the slow cooker lightly. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture into the prepared slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours, or until the edges are golden brown and the casserole is set. Serve hot and enjoy!
