This Paleo oatmeal crumble is a great way to start the day with a healthy and tasty meal. It doesn't have any grains or gluten and is full of healthy foods. The mixed berries add natural sweetness, and the coconut and almond flour make a tasty crumbly topping. It's great for a cozy morning treat or a weekend brunch treat.
Ingredients: 2 cups mixed berries e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut. 1/4 cup chopped nuts e.g., almonds, pecans. 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup if using, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined. Place the mixed berries in the bottom of an air fryer-safe baking dish or pan. Sprinkle the almond flour mixture evenly over the berries. Drizzle the melted coconut oil over the top of the crumble mixture. Place the baking dish or pan in the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the berries are bubbling. Remove the crumble from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve your Paleo ontbijt crumble warm, optionally topped with a dollop of coconut yogurt or a drizzle of honey. Enjoy your delicious and healthy breakfast crumble!
