The standard „fancy fruit breakfast by the pool“ photo – am I a real Instagirl now?🍉 Just kidding..😅 Seriously, I honestly am not a fan of these „paradise“ photos with captions just saying things like „life under the palmtrees“ or „waking up in paradise“. I mean, these kind of photos are beautiful for sure. However, to me they just don’t show enough real life with those standard non-personal captions. It just makes everything look so perfect and effortless but that’s not what life is. The reason why I don’t really follow these kind of accounts.. I wanna hear about REAL LIFE. What people love, what they struggle with, what their passions are etc.💕 You will never see me doing these kind of posts because that’s just not who I am. I like to share more than just a pretty photo with a meaningless caption. And anyway, I’m just too much of a goof to ever become one of those pretty „flawless“ Instagirls.🤣 I’m even surfing the goofy style – says it all. Also managed to drive my scooter against a wall when trying it for the first time. Don’t worry, nothing serious happened, I just hurt my toe.😖 And this photo? I spilled so much water in front of the plate when getting in and out of the pool.. didn’t think about that it MIGHT look stupid on the photo.🤔 So I just cut the water out of the photo, you can see the unedited version in my story.😁 How about you? Do you prefer seeing and reading about real life and to learn more about the person behind an account or do you follow people just for pretty photos?🌴 I mean, you can do both, of course.
