Cinnamon sugar pancakes
This is a terrible picture, I apologize. If you are in a pinch for something to go with a breakfast casserole I recommend this! Sugar and cinnamon pancakes. I took day old pancakes put a little butter on each one and sprinkled them with cinnamon and sugar. Then baked for about 10 minutes on 350.
