#Happiness is having freshly baked steaming hot #geothermal #Icelandic #ryebread ("#rúgbrauð") with Pinky the baker. The bread is baked under the bubbly sand in the #hotsprings and is dug up after 24 hours and served with #Icelandic butter. It was definitely the best rye bread I've ever had - super sweet, moist and chewy, almost like a sweet mochi bread.
