This past weekend I shot the Bread Bakers Guild of America Team USA Qualifier for General Mills / JT Mega, at General Mills HQ. The three competitors assembled bread sculptures that represented Minneapolis and the legacies of GM. The winner joins Team USA in 2016 to compete in the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangarie in Paris.
