Legend likes to either rest on top of you, or behind you.

It took the champion a while to get used to your caring touch, as it was a bit overwhelming at first, he wasn't used to such intimate moments.

Prefers to leave a hand free if you're outside, just in case there's an attack, but keeps one around your shoulders.

Play with his hair, braid it, add any flowers you may find around, anything. He loves it and will leave whatever style you decided to try that day, as long as it doesn't bother him while fighting or cooking.

He can't help but kiss your cheeks every few minutes. Your face is right there and you look so cute! Feel free to give them back, and he'll double them.

"That's my wife!" Hyrule yelled with a laugh, the veteran and captain glared while you smiled and ran towards him. The six remaining heroes were either surprised, amused or both.

"See? I told you I can defend myself!" You said, not hesitating to hug your husband back when his arms wrapped around you.

Time shook his head with a small amused grin. "You did."

What had happened? Well, you wanted to travel with the group of heroes, at least while they were on the traveler's era, and most of them were against that idea, saying that you would get hurt.

And then you had agreed to do a little test to show that you were able to defend yourself, which ended up with you throwing both Legend and Warriors over your shoulder without much effort.

"You're amazing." Hyrule kissed your head, then turned to look at the two heroes that were still on the ground. "You guys okay?"

Legend huffed, standing up. "You knew this would happen."

"Yeah, but you wouldn't listen to me."

"I didn't expect such strength, I think she could flip even a Moblin like that." Warriors sounded genuinely surprised, he was still wearing his armor after all. He didn't wear as much as Time, but it was heavy.

A few days ago, Hyrule didn't understand a lot about love. People talked about butterflies in their stomachs, about how they felt like their hearts wanted to jump out of their chests, and how they couldn't stop thinking about the person they loved.

But now? He didn't know if it was a good or a bad thing, but now he could understand.

It was so difficult to stop thinking about you, to stop himself from trying to be as close to you as he could. He had to be careful whenever you were on sight, as his eyes didn't want to look away from you.

But he didn't hate it, even if it made some things difficult. You would smile at him whenever you caught his stare, making his heart and cheeks feel warm.

He wondered if you liked him back, but also knew that moving too fast wasn't the best. And that was why he had to force himself to stop before making his feelings too obvious.

"Rulie?" Your voice almost made the traveler drop an empty bottle, but he was quick enough to catch it before it touched the ground. Seeing that nothing serious happened, you let out a small laugh.

"Uh, yes?" His cheeks were already turning a soft red, but he hoped that you didn't notice it.

"Do you have enough potions?" You asked, shooting a look to his bag. There were various empty bottles along with other items.

"I still have two left, don't worry." Your concern actually made his chest feel a bit warmer. "I'm sure it's enough until we reach that village Wild mentioned."

You hummed before playfully punching his shoulder. "It'll be enough as long as you take care of yourself." The hero chuckled. "But seriously, be careful, we won't reach the village for a few more days."

Hyrule's smile turned softer, even if he had tried not to make it too obvious. This situation wasn't strange, you would often check that he had enough healing items and even offering some of your own. And, after a few days of paying more attention, he noticed that you only did this to him.

It was so difficult to hide how touched he felt. It would make him a bit upset coming from anyone else, as it would look like they didn't trust his abilities. But from you? Seeing how much you care for him made him happy. He knew you understood that he was capable of defending himself, but you still cared so much for him.

Hyrule likes to give you small gifts, like flowers or pretty rocks he finds while exploring.

Sometimes he just sees something that he thinks you would like, and decides to go for it, even if he gets lost in the end.

A bit shy when you start dating, and usually nervous but energetic before one of you confessed.

He acts silly just to hear you laugh!

He was unsure at first, since he's the type to travel a lot and never really stay anywhere, but then he realized just how much he'd love to have you by his side.

A simple man, he prefers to avoid expensive or exaggerated things.

You have to either go explore and get lost with him, or wait for him with some healing items just in case.

As soon as he gets used to the relationship, he relaxes a lot!

Likes to have a hand holding yours, or maybe just touching shoulders.

But nothing much unless you're somewhere where you can fully relax, he prefers to be ready in case there's an ambush.

Feel free to hug him or even be a bit clingy (with some boundaries) if you're somewhere safe though, he doesn't really mind.

Gets flustered if someone mentions it, but he just shrugs.

There will be times when he'll feel insecure, he's scared of you getting hurt because of him in his era.

If you don't know how to fight, he'll recommend learning at least a little, so you can protect yourself in the worst situation.

Hyrule likes to sleep near you, although he prefers to avoid touching or being too close, he's a light sleeper.

There were no words to explain how much Hyrule loved flowers. Especially, the ones you grew when you had free time.

He always searched for you when you were at a new place, be it in his fairy or normal form, although he often visited your gardens as a fairy, it was easier to appreciate them that way.

"I'm thinking of growing Silent Princesses next. Wild said it was really difficult, but I want to try." You commented, the seeds you had got from the last time you were at the blond's home already in your hands.

"You're really good at this, I'm sure you'll be able to grow them." Hyrule stopped appreciating a few flowers to smile at you. "You care a lot about your flowers, after all."

His words made you feel a lot more confident. The traveler always complimented your flowers, and there were many fairies that would stop by from time to time to fly around the small gardens you grew.

How could you not trust the words from fairies that loved nature? Hyrule always told what the other fairies thought, and they all could felt the love you had for gardening.

"I'd like to grow a garden for you some time." You started digging some holes for the seeds after confirming that the ground was good enough. "If not in your home, then maybe I could at least give you some flowers."

It took him a little while to realize that you wouldn't feel the same, no matter how hard he tried.

And he tried, even if a part of him had already given up.

Hyrule would be a bit quieter when you were around, but did his best to avoid making it obvious.

His heart hurt when he saw you, and he felt like he couldn't breath whenever you got closer to him.

He knew he had to let go, he wanted to forget about his feelings for you, but it was hard when his heart reminded him of how much he loved you. It would always beat faster when you were around.

As much as it hurt, he won't fully leave your side.

He's really protective when it comes to you, no matter if you love him back or not.

Hyrule wanted to be there for you, regardless of his feelings. If something happened to you he wouldn't be able to forgive himself.

If there isn't any danger, he'll probably go away for a while, then saying that he just got lost.

It was a lie, of course, he needed some time away from you so he could get over it.

And even then, you would appear in his mind whenever he saw something breathtaking, or something you would like.

When he still tried to become something more than a friend in your eyes, he brought you gifts, little things like those, but now he would try to ignore that thought.

He had to forget about his feelings, as it would only burden you.

But it wasn't bad, he thought, it was probably for the best that you didn't love him.

It would be dangerous to be with him, with the hero, in his era.
