I love learning the mechanics and finding the rhythms of a new stitch pattern. It helps my connection to the piece grow stronger, produces a more professional looking garment, and minimizes time consuming mistakes. But let’s be honest, I have never made a mistake, jk, but sometimes I do need ‘background noise’ to keep me motivated. My go-to faves are the Harry Potter audiobooks because, I love HP, and I can tune in and out without the fomo. I also watch new shows and follow up on the recommendations I receive from friends and knitters. What are your favorite ‘multitasking’ activities? Any recommendations?
