The Box from 2010
Some of you may remember the videos âThe Unboxingâ and âBox Analysisâ, uplaoded to Noah Maxwellâs TribeTwelve channel in late 2010, seven years ago. Back then, many of us were perplexed as to what the box even meant. To my knowledge, it was the first sighting of the Severance symbol, and the first communication from Firebrand - frames in the video carry his distinguished font with the following message:
Is Firebrand referring to the Administrator, or the Observer, here? It seems to suggest that it was Firebrand that sent it.
Continuing on, the box contains a lot of incredibly strange things. DV Tape, unravelled to oblivion, a broken phone, a key to Noahâs garage door, assorted broken computer chip parts, and a severance symbol on the bottom. There was also a note containing the âspecial quote from Noahâs childhoodâ that Firebrand would later reiterate when he revealed himself in INTERCEPTION.
The electronic parts are from TVs, VCRs and cameras. Things that would record and play video. I still donât know the purpose of these, unless itâs a symbolic message referring to the Observer.
The phone contained a few horrifying audio files of distortion, screaming and laughing. Whoever it belonged to was clearly going insane, and were also taking pictures of anything vaguely looking like the Administrator. They seemed to take a picture of themself, just as they were âattackedâ, however:
After this photo, several of the Administrator are taken - very close to him, too, followed by a disturbing picture of what possibly could be the owner again.
Itâs really not clear who this could have belonged to. The phone itself is an incredibly old model, perhaps even for 2010, so itâs unlikely this came from the future. Perhaps it belonged to Milo? Weâve seen him have shorter hair before, though I donât believe he had it at the end of his life. It does fit though. Being pursued through all kinds of environments by the Administrator, constantly taking low-resolution photos of things that vaguely look like him. But why would Firebrand deliver this to Noah? To elucidate on what his cousin went through?
Then thereâs the DV tape. It depicts someone with an old, pre-digital DV camera running around the playground at Victor Park at night-time. They seem to be looking for something. We see the Observerâs handwriting all over the video - he asks DO YOU REMEMBER?
Something similar was also seen during Noahâs time-travelling in âThe Live Stream Incidentâ.
Which further ties in Firebrandâs involvement. The person filming is captured by the Administrator and manages to get a shot of Kevin - the Observer - and his glasses. We then get a disturbing shot of the Administrator on the boardwalk with a young man, probably teenage.
This picture would later also be sent to Noah by HABIT. Many theorize him to be Liam Walts, the boy the playground in the video would be named after. When asked about Liam Walts, who died under âmysterious circumstancesâ, the Observer replied that he was not permitted to discuss the matter. At the end of the Box Analysis video where Noah shares this with us, a very, VERY hidden frame with low contrast appears at the end.
This is some strange silhouette of a person, begging forgiveness in a font that weâve not seen before or since. Whoever this is, their identity is still unknown, 7 years later. Another forgotten mystery of the Tribetwelve channel, buried under more and more videos of strange, unknowable things.
One day, hopefully, we can have the answers.
