tv.youku.com has a listing of all the recent hkdramas and some older ones. You can stream it and watch it legally by having a youku plugin addon. Just be sure you don’t run adblocks on the page of the video because the player refused to run until you disable your adblocks.

The video has an option for mandarin and canto and upload right after the episode airs I believe.
