I haven’t read that many since my last rec list, but ‘le jeu de l’amour’ by  ohpleaselarry is such a good read.

‘Seemingly out of the blue, Mark has a wet dream about Ethan. It’s only downhill from there, as his dreams suddenly become reality in the form of a chaotic game of gay chicken.

What’s the worst that could happen?’

Surprisingly (possibly because the tag, unfortunately, is rather small) I can’t really think of any (mature) multichapter fics I’ve come across that I like. However, “one hell of a year” by babyhandsnestor, while not a mature rating, is really, really good and in character and sweet. Many of the explicit recommendations are oneshots, such as;

Honestly, I would just recommend all of weallfalldowneventually ‘s fics. They are such a talented person and their fics have never failed to make me feel better on a shitty day.
