This comes from Concerto 25,Β βWe, the unworthy, shall not cease.β I have already shared a compilation of Bortnyanskyβs sacred words, accessible here.Β Upon glancing at the German Wikipedia page for this composer, I note that he had an influence on church music in Germany as well as Russia. Will be listening to more Bortnyansky and sacred works from other Russian composers.Β
