Stuttgart-Süd, Bopser
This picture, or actually encounter, was a turning point for me. When I saw what my brain initially thought was a big-ass cat lost in one of Stuttgart’s urban forests, I finally decided, in that very same moment, that I needed to upgrade my equipment. I had to invest, because I was enjoying my new hobby, and I was being left amazed by the amount of new wonderful creatures I was discovering in the city I had been living for the past years. I decided that it was enough of being oblivious of all this beautiful wildlife and that it was enough of the crappy pictures. One of the best decisions of my life and a way to enjoy urban wildlife photography even more.
There was nothing wrong with what I did. I tried it, I experienced it, and I loved it, so I moved on to the next level. The logical step for everyone. So I encourage you, person reading this, to get a camera, any camera, pay attention to your surroundings, and show us the beautiful creatures that live in your village, town or city. Maybe you’ll also love it and get into it as much as I did. Even if you can’t believe it, there’s a lot going on in the place you live!
