I'll lose control. I can't be trusted." 💚I say, "try it, try having for example chocolate in the house in abundance, so much so there's no way you could eat it all, allow yourself to eat it whenever you need. Pretty soon you'll stop craving it" ✏3) ️Take some time off from exercise 😱you said "if I do that, I'll have to restrict, I know my body.. I'll put on weight" 💚I say, "try it.. Maybe you will put on weight if you are under your set weight, maybe you won't, maybe your appetite will reduce naturally (if you are at the stage where you are able to listen to it that Is). You also need to eat even if you aren't exercising. Your body needs energy to live. ✏️4) hire a coach 💚you may have had s coach who got you in this mess now get a coach to help you out of it. I have a coach. If I didn't believe in having a coach I wouldn't expect you to hire me! (Even a hairdresser needs someone else to cut her hair) 💇🏾
