Donât walk around being loud and obnoxious-people are reading
Donât proclaim loudly that you donât read a certain genre while in that section with a friend who has expressed an interest in it. Itâs a fucking dick move and every bookseller who heard you hates you.
Donât leave books in the wrong place, in front of other books, or on TOP of other books. Leave them at customer service-please
Donât obnoxiously tell your whole friend group that all manga is free online and buying the books is stupid.
Donât be obnoxious about the face that you donât read at all-no one cares and youâre making your friend feel bad
Donât stare at people while they work. Theyâre just working.
Donât walk around on your phone looking for a book and repeatedly refuse help to find said book and say that âthe other store was set up differently and you could always find everythingâ-our stores are all formatted the same now. You are incorrect pls just let us find your book so you can leave
Donât stand at customer service and when someone asks you if you need any help talk about how much money youâve spent here and how you canât believe how rude people are and howâs thatâs stopping you from spending even more money. If youâre gonna be a bitch-we donât care.
If youâre in a fairly large group, please donât be offended when workers ask you to move so they can shelve the books. They wanna get out of your way as fast as possible trust me.
Donât attempt to get into the store before the store is open-hours are clearly posted outside on the door and itâs fucking terrifying to hear someone yanking on the doors while youâre trying to have a meeting
