I totally forgot to weight myself yesterday but here I am.... reporting for duty. I weighted myself 10 days ago and according to today’s weight, I loss 3 pounds 🤗. A total of 6.8 in the month of May! I had a lot of downs but I started my morning run routine for the last 3 days and I hope I keep going! And I’m hoping to make it to #crossfit again today.
