How the hell did this work. I’m so confused, was Adam a ghost? Was Noah a scholarship student? Were their personalities mixed? Who’s personality was more dominant? Was Pynch still a thing? I mean I guess this explains why they’re both somewhat creepy and they’re both are very observant. These two were also the two characters who I got mixed up the most when I started the series. I’m so intrigued by the original version of this book it sounds so different to the version we know and love
my brain: but like, this time, what if we actually PLAN the novel, BEFORE we write the draft? wouldn't that be less confusing and frustrating? hmm?
my writer brain: stop trying to make plot happen. it's not going to happen.
