Gabon’s Ali Bongo Opens Summit After Stroke
A central African summit has opened in Libreville, Gabon’s capital on Wednesday. The summit, hosted by Gabonese president, Ali Bongo, marks the first time in more than a year the country’s leader has been active on the international scene after suffering a stroke.
