 “The mother that I never knew,” the Japanese poet Issa once wrote, “Every time I see the ocean./ Every time.” That sums up my longing, as well. I ache to return.

I keep hoping someone will bequeath me a submarine, or perhaps a tall masted sailing ship … a practical gift if running off to sea is on your “To Do” list. 

I also daydream about turning an abandoned oil platform into some sort of art colony and invite all my friends along. There’s a charming old rust bucket called Platform Holly off the coast of Santa Barbara that I would more than be willing to consider. According to one article it would cost the state over $350 million to break down and physically remove the platform. Look at the money I’m save the government! Plus, legend has it that Holly, seen at night from the beach at Isla Vista, inspired Jim Morrison (of The Doors fame) to write, The Crystal Ship. This is an older poem but it also sums up my longings, as well:

To: Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM)

You have forsaken oil platforms dotting

the coast. Locals call them eyesores. I call

them a queer Muse. Sadly, they're bewitching,

ghostly and waiting for the perfect squall

to rift under. Instead, let one live out

its long golden years as a shrine, an art

commune, a haven for all us devout,

seafaring witches. We'll bring all our hearts

and Craft to this sanctum. Eh? No, listen:

it's like H.D.'s Sea Garden –– we'll transform

flotsam into lore. We'll live without sin

or oil spills. We'll turn other's pollution

into the realm of maritime brainstorms

Disclaimer = I don't own Rosy the rascal.She belongs to Sega and Archie comic. She's Amy rose counterpart from Anti Mobius/ Moebius dimension. This fanfic will tweak some event from Anti Mobius to adjust her character and future. As this is an Anti Sonic Boom dimension Au, her character would be tweaked to give her qualities of Boom Amy except she's evil and not obsessed with her hammer.

Moebius Rosy the Rascal

In archie comic, Rosy the Rascal was described as mentally unstable girl who was eager to smash Scourge (Anti Sonic). She used a special ring to grow older so Scrouge would pay attention to her. The magic ring made her mentally unstable.

The reason why she hated to the point she wanted to squishy squashy Scrouge remained a mystery. What if she went insane because of Scourge? Noting Scourge's rude and harsh personality, this is not surprising. After all, she only went insane because of the magic ring. It's really odd if Rosy the rascal was simply obsessed with smashing Scourge. Check out Archie Sonic the Hedgehog comic issue #193-196! There's a huge possibility that Rosy had a personal grudge on Scourge or received harsh crush rejection from Scourge.

Keep in mind, Scourge and Rosy's real age was comparatively large if Rosy didn't use a special ring. When Rosy met him, he was 15-17 years old while Rosy was still 8 years old. The magic ring made her look like 12 years old but she lost her mind. Expecting an 8 years old to just have a fan crush and be mature with it is just unfair. Plus, the first thing Rosy came in mind after crushing on Scourge is that she wants to marry him like any kid would think. After all, kids didn't have deep understanding about love, relationship and marriage like a grown up would.

After all, Scourge had several dates before meeting Rosy. He two timed several woman from both Freedom Figthers and Suppression Squad. Remember the time he seduced Rouge after he escaped to Mobius to avoid the anger of Alicia Acorn (Anti Sally) and Bun Rabbot (Anti Bunnie) especially he dated Anti Penelope behind their back. He even involved Mobius Prime Sonic into this. Men, this guy sure had some gut to date several women at once. It's like women is nothing but a dating app tool to him.

Well, at least he showed slightly genuine feeling toward Fiona. After all, she was different from the other girl he dated. Before Fiona, all the girls he dated was villain from the begining. Fiona choose to be a villian which brought to his interest. However, it's unclear if he's trully in love with her or simply manipulating her?

Let's think of the possibility if Scourge would have met Rosy from the beginning at Anti Sonic Boom dimension! Now, let's start from the beginning. Buns Rabbot, Patch (Anti Antoine), Boomer (Anti Rotor), Fiona the fox, Anti Snively, Anti Penelope and Alicia Acorn never existed at Anti Sonic Boom dimension or simply called Boem dimension. Unlike Scourge and Rosy's Moebius counterpart, they're 3 years apart just like their classic, Modern and Boom counterparts. Yes, they're still Sonic and Amy even if they denied it.

Origin of Boem Rosy the Rascal

Similar to her Boom counterpart, Rosy was born as Amy Rose at the Oriental village. Her father was Alexander R' the Hedgehog, an ex warrior who aspired to bring grand peace and prosperity while her mother was Ailinda R' the Hedgehog, a violent gangster. Boem Rosy's mother left her when she was just a baby. Ever since Boem Ailinda R' the Hedgehog's departure, Boem Alexander moved to Unnamed village where Anti Boom Sonic/Boem Scourge lived.

Since Boem Rosy was still a baby, Boem Alexander (her father) dilligently brought her to Scourge's shack near Seaside beach. Boem Scourge met baby Boem Rosy for the first time when Jules and Bernadate invited Alaxander for warrior reunion. Boem Alexander, Jules and Bernadate were best friends but they got driven apart after Boem Alexander gave up his heroism for Boem Ailinda after marriage. After their seperation, Alexander reconsidered to return to be hero and helped Scourge's parent to build Grand Peace.

In the process of building and maintaining Grand Peace, they neglected their children and leave them at the hand of Mark the Tapir. Boem Mark was Jules and Bernadate's personal assistant and nanny. Boem Mark would become Boem Scourge's most valued member along with Boem Rosy. Boem Mark didn't share his Boom counterpart's fanatical, disturbed and mentally unstable psychopathy trait. As the result, he build a healthy relationship with Scourge and Rosy from Boem dimension. Boem Mark even encouraged them to date once they reached adolescence.

Boem Mark was right. Boem Scourge and Boem Rosy were indeed childhood sweetheart. When Boem Rosy was still few years old, she would often jump bouncingly and run ferociously over beach terrain. Her smile was crisps and crackling. Her eyes was sparkling like ray of sunshine. Her smile and eye contact brought magic to the 5 years old speedy hedgehog.

However, their happiness didn't last long when their parents disappeared completely. Over the years they grew up, they couldn't cope with the reality of their parent's neglect. Boem Mark's upbringing didn't help much. After all, Boem Mark was just as devious and cunning as his counterpart except that he's not obsessed with Boem Scourge. Boem Mark despised their parents and them. 2000 years ago, Anti Boom Azure and Anti Boom Mei Hua killed Mark's family and disbanded the Oda secret society where he was raised in. Two thousand years of grudge made him sworn to discreetly ruin their descendant. Making their life worse than death.

While Boem Rosy and Boem Scourge's parent was not present in their life, they had their fun and adventure inside and outside Seaside Island. They often raced across the island. Around the jungle of Seaside Island, they had their first sparring session and great quality time. Boem Rosy didn't have her hammer but she tested on hand to hand combat and retractable sword her father left.

Not to mention, the young hedgehog pair was a troublemaker around Unnamed village. They liked to spray grafitti across the wall, door and glass. Damaging public properties was their fun time hobby as well. Casualties and injuries around the village were common. Hence, the victims ran into Boem Eggman's base for recovery and defence but Boem Scourge, Boem Rosy, Moerpho Dextrux (Morpho Dexter's counterpart) and Boem Mark broke down Boem Eggman's base several times. Even forcefield didn't save Boem Eggman from Anti Team Sonic infiltration. Thanks to Moerpho Dextrux's force field power, Anti Team Sonic managed to pass through Boem Eggman's forcefield.

How did they met Moerpho Dextrux? Well, they had their first multiverse adventure to Moerpho dimension where Dextrux (Dexter's counterpart), Master Huang and Grand Dowanger Hu Li accidentally destroy the dimension. In that dimension, Scourge, Miles, Blade (Perci's counterpart) and Raw (Sticks' counterpart) were sent to Prison Zone after Moerpho Eggman, Ancient Anarchy, Moerpho Agent Stone, white hooded one and White doom ambushed them. Boem Scourge, Mark and Rosy were willing to help Dextrux so that they can have the dimension to themselves.

However, their plan backfired when Dexter combined the power of all the Sol Beryl and Anarchy Quartz (Chaos crystal's counterpart) together. This caused Moerpho dimension and Soel dimension to explode. The bearer of the combined crystal almost got exploded but thanks to his innate ability to control chaos power, Dextrux was merely sent to a white matter. Luckily, Moepho Dexter had the capability to travel through dimension so he was able to escape white matter quicker than Morpho Eggman did. It took several weeks for Morpho Eggman to figure it out. Meanwhile, Boem Scourge, Mark and Rosy managed to get away from the disaster through interdimensional portal.

Things were getting more interesting when Boom Amy and Morpho Dexter (my Oc) came into Boem multiverse after they lost the battle with Morpho Eggman. Coincidently, Boom Amy met her Anti Boom counterpart after she passed through Boem Eggman's new base at Abandoned research facility. They got captured by Boem Eggman but they told him that they're from another dimension seeking to return the Lost Crystal of Power to its core at Crystal Zone. Afterward, the doctor released them in one condition that they would help him to stop Anti Team Sonic (later Terror Squad led by Boem Scourge) from terrorizing the village.

Just as the newcomer was released, Anti Team Sonic infiltrated the entrance of abandoned research facility. However, Boem Eggman was more preapared this time. He reprogrammed MAIA nd Q-N-C so that the machien within abandoned reearch facility would destroy Anti Team Sonic instead of him and the other victims. Plus, he had lightning bolt society, Belinda, Charlie, TW Barker, Morpho Dexter and Boom Amy on their side. In the end, Boem Rosy, Scourge, Mark and Dextrux lost to the whole group.

While they lost, the Anti Team Sonic held a strategic retreat. After all, retreat is sometimes better than to continue. For several years, Boem Rosy and Moerpho Dexter would be trained along with Boem Blade, Stally (my future oc) and Slash (Staci's counterpart) at Plum Blossom sect. Unlike her Boom counterpart, Boem Rosy didn't quit her training to join Anti Team Sonic. Instead, she temporarily quit Team Sonic to trained herself to be more expert in combat and strategy. However, Master Huang would permit her to join Anti Team Sonic for certain mission.

At one point, Boem Rosy and Scourge met their Moebius counterpart. It started when Boem Scourge, Boem Miles and Boem O'Knux were bored with the same ol routine even after they had adventure outside Seaside Island and within Sonic Boom zone. Hence, he asked Boem Rosy for some plan so Boem Rosy introduced him to Moebius dimension after Captain villian (Captain Hero's counterpart)'s lecture about multiverse and ancient dimensional portal (IPT).

Ironically, the first time they came to Moebius dimension was when Moebius Scourge, and princess Alicia Acorn were hatching scheme to overthrew King Accorn. In an effort ot be better villian, the Anti Team Sonic helped Moebius Scourge and Alicia whilst sending King Accorn to Zone of Silence. After the success, Moebius Scourge build their own Anti Freedom Figther whilst starting a great alliance with his Boem counterpart.

However, their alliance didn't last long. When Moebius Scourge attempted to seduce Boem Rosy to be one of his trophy girlfriend, Boem Rosy smacked him. Moebius Scourge attempted to molest her to claim her but she had a back up from Alicia Accorn, Patch, Moebius Miles, Boem Miles, Boem O Knux, Boem Raw, Boem Scourge, Boomer, Anti Penelope and Buns Rabbot. After all, Boem Rosy knew that Moebius Scourge was a womanizer. She used Moebius Rosy as witnes to reveal Alicia, Buns Rabbot and Anti Penelope the truth. The incident didn't go unnoticed by Boem Scourge. He overheard Moebius Rosy being blunt. In the end, Boem Scourge and Moebius Scourge had a huge fight. As the duel ended in tie, they called off Boem and Moebius interdimensional alliance. As the result, Moebius Scourge and his Anti Freedom figther were not allowed to enter Boem and Sonic Boom dimension.
