Body Switcher 6000 AU
After responding to a gag ad advertising to “GIVE USERS A NEW POINT OF VIEW WITH THE BODY SWITCHER 6000,” Characters A and B receive a battered package in the mail, the faded label reading “B— SWIT–ER 6000.” Character A plays it off as an elaborate prank from their friend, Character C, and decides to try it out with Character B. The next day, neither character B, nor Character A, wake up in the body that they went to sleep in.
While Character A works together with Character C to find a way to reverse the BODY SWITCHER 6000’s effects, Character B finds that in their new body, with a different gender than their original one, they feel more at home than they ever have and are reluctant to switch back.
