Positivity Journal
So recently in therapy my therapist had me start writing down three good things that have happened to me that particular day and also writing down why these things were good. It’s been really helpful for me and I think it would be helpful to you guys as well. I would really like to start posting my journal entries here as well so that I can share with you guys as well.
I'm shaking and I don't like it. I can feel my skin. I can feel it hanging off my body and I can feel it latching onto the flesh underneath. I can feel every fucking strand of hair in my scalp and I want to rip it out. I feel heavy but I also feel too light. Too small. Too big. Why am I real. Why am I a real thing.
