1 hour of body attack. 1 hour of body pump. Then a protein shamrock shake!!!
Each week I’m pushing myself to do a little more at attack instead of modifying. Last week it was more jumping and jumping jacks.
This week I did more jumping, jumping jacks and added burpees.
I saved my gym reward points and was able to add a month of level 3 programming. I’m still going to do my Saturday double, but the other days I might add some of those classes since I only have it for a month.
