I tried these, recently, with my mom. We both liked them. They taste like pop tarts without the glaze on them. Not super sweet, but pleasantly so, and they have a nice oat texture and flavor. It also has chickpea/garbanzo flour in it, which is fine by me. You don’t really taste the chickpeas. It’s really good when it’s toasted. I haven’t had it cold, yet, but I’d like to try that also... I don’t personally care about whether my food is genetically modified or not but, for those who do, this is non-gmo project verified. I do like that it’s gluten-free, so it’s safe for me to eat.
