You know how villains are detained with quirk suppressing cuffs and how people can be given quirk suppressing drugs... how is that much different from the quirk cancelling bullets. Like couldn't overhaul just take that drug then change it to make it permanent... he doesn't need Eri. Like just steal it hospitals and mass produce it.. its not that hard. You could even make it a gas so people would breathe it and over time people would lose their quirks, scientists would think that quirkless people were becoming superior and leave it at that.

Also could Eraserhead defeat All for One at full power.. like he can just make all the quirks irrelevant and All for one would just die from lack of healing quirks or a punch to the groin.
