Strawberry Dessert Pizza

adapted from this recipe

Ingredients

pizza dough or pre-made crust of your choice

4oz softened cream cheese

1tsp cinnamon (optional)

2/3 cup strawberry jam

1 cup strawberry chunks

1 cup shredded mozzarella (or more to taste)

Directions

if using dough, spread out on baking sheet (thicker doughs may benefit from being baked a little before adding the rest of the ingredients)

mix cream cheese, strawberry jam, and cinnamon in a bowl

evenly spread cream cheese/jam mixture over pizza dough

sprinkle half of the mozzarella over the dough

spread the strawberry chunks over the dough

sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella over the pizza (this is so the cheese will melt over the strawberries and keep the chunks from rolling off the pizza)

Grape Pie with Whipped Cream

Ingredients

adapted from this recipe

2/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 cups red grapes

1.5 cups water

2tbs lemon juice

food coloring (optional)

pie shell of your choice (pre-made or homemade)

whipped topping

Directions

combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, grapes, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan

boil while stirring for two minutes until the mixture has thickened

remove from heat

(optional) add food coloring

place pie shell or pie dough in a pie tin

pour filling into pie shell

bake pie at 400° until crust is lightly browned and filling is bubbling
