Breakfast update - These idlis were so soft and fluffy. Don't know why I never tried it before for ourselves. No fermentation, no waiting for hours to get delicious idlis . Added chickpeas for extra protein. BabyN had fun time eating these with amond chutney. Ingredients for idli: 1/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup beaten rice(poha) 2 tbsp smashed chickpeas Directions: 🍛Grind oats and poha to a thick paste. 🍛 Adjust the quantity of water as required. 🍛Add smashed chickpeas in the batter. 🍛Scoop out spoon full of batter into idli mold and steam for 10 mins. 🍛If you don't have idli mold then can use small bowl as well for steaming. 🍛 Serve when cooled down.
