Well I can think of a revamped version kinda.

This is all for fun and games please don’t actually try to do this because me being a witch, I know something out there will hear an invitation for mischief and evil.

You’ll want to make sure the area is clear of any other person, this is a solo act, as the love is supposed to be directed towards the spell caster.

Draw a heart as perfect and even as you can, then inside the shape, draw a pentagram. Set candles on the areas where the lines cross, opening the doors for “love” to flow in so to speak.

Light them in the same way you drew the heart, so if you began on the left side then light them going counter clockwise, and vice versa.

Then set on your knees, and tell the beings listening what you crave from a lover. Someone strong, who won’t let you hurt yourself, who will protect you no matter what, and so on.

Be wary, as these words will often be twisted to fit the entities musings and circumstances. So if they believe the outside will harm you, they won’t let you outside, simple as that.

Or you could keep it simple and vague, and ask for anything willing to keep you company with no ill intent, but again, these words will be minced and mixed to fit their way of thinking. So no ill intent can simply mean not letting you die from their own hands while killing off any other suitors they deem a threat.
