The last of the Block Busters

It was the dead of night, things had begun to die down now that the day is over. Almost everyone was staying in tonight, tucked away under their sheets be it alone or with their loved ones. But of course, this didn’t apply to this 13 year old girl OR her short attention span. Hitting the streets with her usual gang of goons, Peacock was on a mission. Despite being able to sleep in a comfy hotel room with above average living space, the one thing that mattered most to Peacock wasn’t able to be satisfied. All the room had was crummy cable TV. It didn’t take long for Peacock for Peacock to take action.
Obviously upset by this, Peacock began to complain about her situation again. “What kinda DUMP has only access to crummy cable! You’d think these McGuffins would have some decent shows!”
Grumbling to herself Peacock continued to storm down the street but came to a complete stop once the illumination of an old relic caught her attention. A Block Buster? HERE? Wow what are the odds. Walking into the forgotten old stain of history’s past Peacock noticed some gloomy lonely girl at the end of an isle. Assuming she worked here since she was the only other person there, that AND she looked as indifferent towards life as most Block Buster employees tend to look.
“HEY TOOTS.” Peacock called out. “Do ya got any Annie of the Stars? Come on ya gotta! Even season 1 would do!”
