At first, Carter's first instinct was to bristle with annoyance. Hey there! I messaged about a week ago about talking to my psychiatrist about my possibly having BPD. Well, I did ask, and he sort of blew it off. His words exactly: "If you look at any mood disorder, we all fit the criteria to some degree. And the treatment is therapy." Even my boyfriend, who always goes with me to appointments, said afterward that I was blew off. Since I've been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, BPD could have a huge effect on me. I don't know where to go from here.
Maybe get a new therapist? I'm sorry that happened anon that shouldn't have happened.
Does anyone have any advice?
