Not gonna call out any video games here but a game trailer recently came out which I find hilarious.
So the story of the game seems to be that this guy got tortured for years and then came out of it superhuman or whatever, and EVERY TIME I get an ad for it it starts with some woman saying “the past is the past 😡 people can change”. Which is an absolutely hilarious thing to write a character saying to someone who was tortured for years presumably wanting revenge.
“Ugh, you’re STILL holding onto your trauma over getting tortured? Get over it man, people can change”
I normally dress like shit but ever since Ive got gifted this really gorgeous necklace ive been dressing nice so I have an excuse to wear it.
