- overeating; eating on a smaller plate can trick your mind into thinking it's a bigger portion of food
- eating fast; eat slower as it takes your brain 20 mins to realise it's full up
- having a bad diet; instead of fizzy drinks, try water or green tea. Instead of crisps, try granola bars. Avoid carbs and try to eat brown rice, brown bread instead.

- 8 glasses of after a day
- try making lemon water, the juice from the lemon helps to improve digestion
- green tea can help to burn fat
