every single time i only see ban hammer depicted as what i said above the cut part of me literally just dies,, yes, he may be a "momma's boy", it's heavily implied through his dialogue and overall relationship with windforce, but that is NOT the only relation he has,, he literally has dialogue with the other characters that reveals things about his personality and dynamics with others,, just as an example, his dialogue with scythe shows that he takes a lot of responsibility in his duties (even if he enjoys chasing criminals down), and despite him not really taking -> some <- things seriously (like his dialogue with hyperlaser, one of his responses to something hyperlaser says is quite seriously "Youch! Tough luck!" im not kidding).

im not even pulling an "old man yells at cloud" here this is literally the description of his personality on THE phighting wiki:

"Ban Hammer is, by all accounts, an egotistical and extroverted inphernal who loves showing off his superior abilities to others. He deems himself better than everyone else, and won't let anyone forget it. He has a particular enjoyment for the "thrill" of chasing after criminals and locking them up, revelling in the despair they feel when he corners them for good. He prefers this sort of "hands-on" work as opposed to the administrative tasks that come with running a prison.

Despite his boisterous nature, Ban Hammer prefers to keep to himself, and doesn't have many inphernals he can consider a friend."
