Anxiety is different from person to person. Everyone has anxiety. One form or another, right?!. My husbands anxiety makes him think he's having a heartattack. Some have anxiety when they get in a car. Some have anxiety regarding butterflies. My point being not everyone situation is the same for someone with anxiety. Mine is death to my loved ones. Horrible deaths. I've had this anxiety for as long as I can remember. It has been debilitating at times. For example, today, while taking a long overdue bath, thoughts went from family picnics to someone coming into my home, killing everyone I love and hurting me. I frantically texted my husband who immediately came to my aid. We talked it thru and assured me that everyone was good and alive. This is just a fraction of what happens inside my head. Mental health is no joke. Anxiety is not something to take lightly. I'm blessed to have a wonderful support system and awesome friends. Some aren't so lucky. So, please keep in mind that not every anxiety filled moment is the same. Everyone is unique and special....even regarding anxiety. #bipolarblogger #mentalhealth #anxietyattack #blessedwithsupport #everythingwillbeokay (at Salem Village, Columbus, Ohio) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bt7R7SYg8Ws/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=10vpa6jg3d0lr
