I'm overly emotional as of late. Stresses. Pressures. Expectations and every day bullshit happens, I know this. I also do know several other reasons why I'm feeling this way, one reason is I can feel something strongly related to death. Everyday I'm in the presence of someone who is slowly passing away, naturally mind you. Old age, he's freaking 93! Most day I can buck up and take it. I can take it all. Whatever you want to throw at me. And I do...most days. However, this week I'm not that lucky. From daily morning phone call conversations full of nervousness and worry to tearful goodbyes in the evenings. And mind you, he KNOWS I'm coming back the very next day. I do what I do because I love my Uncle. He has done so much for me and my family. And I want to be there for him. I do what I do without compliant (most days. I'm not perfect). I do what I do because I care. It's my nature. It's eho I am. I have to much empathy. And it has only intensified over the last several months now. I don't know what to do but wait the emotional time out. Take deep breaths and wait. I'm sure in a matter of a few days I'll be back to "normal" and all will be right with the world. But as of tonight I will cry and sulk and experience the feelings I'm feeling, sleep and wait for my morning call. . . . #bipolarblogger #death #empath #empathy #feeling #loss #emotional #emotionallycharged (at Columbus, Ohio) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bt9ylh3gwnH/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=yoghh6117w6f
