Now available to stream and purchase through all digital music outlets, Erin's crowdsourced follow-up to last year's Undefined features quite a selection of remixes.

“Barra represents the best of a new era of what can be best described as ‘fully realized’ creatives in music,” wrote Do Androids Dance of the Brooklyn based musician. Throughout her career Barra has taken inventive approaches to her music and touring, exploring new technologies and engaging her fans and peers along the way. Her embrace of new platforms for production was extolled by Billboard as “changing the landscape of what is possible in a given genre.” Prior to the 2014 release of her EP Undefined, Barra teamed up with Blend to offer the individual stems of the album’s five original songs for listening, remixing and re­imagining via Blend’s global platform of artists and producers.

The result is Redefined, an 11 track remix LP featuring artists from Germany, Finland, Italy, New Zealand and the U.S., representing the limitless collaborative possibilities enabled by Blend. For a quick taste of the incredible diverse array of musical minds represented on Redefined, stream the “Dear John” remix from the talented 17­ year-old Florida based producer Kaelin Ellis. 

Joey Vannucchi, frontman of American indie-rock band From Indian Lakes, has done a good job to evolve the band's sound into music that “blurs the boundaries of genres like indie, post-rock and alternative.” We're looking forward to their upcoming third release, "Absent Sounds", due out on Triple Crown Records, and are excited to announce that the band is looking to feature a remix from Blend. Pull “Am I Alive” exclusively from Blend and take a stab at making a new version. Make sure to publish your remix to Blend by March 2nd -- the band will listen to all remixes and select their favorite for release.

Last month, Mute Records and Erasure presented Blend artists with a unique opportunity to remix their new track "Sacred" exclusively on Blend.
