Was looking for little exploration games. Found Bleakshore. Wandering around the sand dunes finding clues to a mystery. Not good graphics but great story
The haunting wilderness awaits you. The ocean washes the silver sands. Orla is here somewhere.
✶Bleakshore – an atmospheric walking simulator and exploration in an open world. The game is quite short but has an interesting plot, elements of psychological horror and nostalgic design. The soundtrack envelops the suspense, the search for beloved wife among the cold shore becomes more and more disturbing, her belongings are somehow scattered all over the forest. We need to find Orla as soon as possible.
The game was created for the Haunted PS1 Wretched Weekend 1 game jam.

Bleakshore is a walking sim with somehow bleak yet extremely atmospheric polygons. And these are kinda low, because the project is a submission to a PS1 Wretched Weekend Jam. I enjoyed another lo-fi first person PS1 jam entry from Bleakshore’s creator Breogán Hacket, Parennial, quite a bit (I wasn’t able to get far I admit) and this looks like an even better experience somewhere between relaxing and disturbing.
