I can't take blogs who have "PROSHITTERS DNI!!!11111" proudly displayed on their blog seriously at all. I don't even mean RP blogs specifically, but personals I've come across.

It just reveals a level of immaturity and unwillingness to engage with media that might make them even slightly uncomfortable. This isn't even just teenagers either. I'm talking full blown adults who are older than me.

While I do advocate for curating your own space, I also believe that it's healthy to interact with media that might possibly make you uncomfortable from time to time, when you're in a good headspace. I'm not an expert in psychology, obviously, but I think it's good for us to learn to deal with discomfort and most importantly, it helps us to think.

TIME FOR SOME POSITIVITY! * please note that those I pick aren't to say I choose one over the other, I love all portrayals and would recommend every single one of you.

Simon's breath catches in his throat. He freezes, head turning slowly to face the ramshackle control panel, on light currently blinking rapidly. On-off, on-off, on-off. Faster and faster: the only indication he has that something is outside. He finds himself paralysed; unable to move. Maybe if he stays still long enough it will leave. Silence, but for the clicking and his own breathing ( fuck, is he breathing too loud? Can it hear him? ) minutes pass. It's still there. Simon can bear it no longer.

He licks his lips. Tries to steady his breathing. Then, slowly, quietly, he moves to the camera. Reaches out, carefully presses down on the button. A flash of radiation; a faint, distorted x-ray appearing on the screen. The convict tilts his head, brow furrowed in confusion as he gazes at the picture he's just taken. It's hard to make out, but it looks --- spider-like? As soon as he bears witness to it he hears whispers. Melodic, beautiful. Too faint to understanding, stuttering like a broken record.

A quick glance to his speaker. The light is on. A surge of hope floods through him ( have they finally found him?! ) but is quickly squashed by an overwhelming sense of dread. clickclickclickclick. That thing is still outside. Simon takes a second to try and control his breathing, then speaks.

She braces her clipboard with one hand, set rigid upon her crossed up and bouncing knee, with the other hand ── pen hand, this time light blue in hue, a cloud and plastic rainbow at the very top! she's restrained her clicking time for this session, she.... had a tendency to distract, ahem annoy, her residents with her clicking as vaggie very kindly pointed out to her ── bracing her pointed chin and twirling the aforementioned pen to smack her on the cheek every few minutes.

🍿 - What's your favorite movie?

I don't watch movies often because they're usually too long, but Everything, Everywhere, All At Once is a masterpiece I could rewatch another 100 times and find something new each time. Absolutely amazing.

🐱 - Do you have any pets?

I dooooo! A 9 year old keeshound! Look at that floof! My little thundercloud ;;
