you can see the mask starting to crack in a lot of ways in her main verse—keeping that up as intensely as she does, for as long as she has, is not sustainable forever & it's compounded by her being in a far more vulnerable state emotionally and mentally after s2—but she's still making every effort to seem as ' normal ' as possible.

will she come across as a little odd, antisocial, or blunt to a lot of people? of course. but that's not likely to be clocked as neurodivergence. ( unless it's another autistic / adhd character going hang on, this is familiar, that's absolutely possible. )

odile strives for the mask of normality that was drilled into her as a child and she's extremely good at it by now. she's also pretty obviously mentally ill & traumatised after working for the vees, so anything that is noticed would likely be put down to that or to a personality quirk in the first instance. shutdowns and burnout can look like depression. her normal response to sensory overstimulation can just look like her being bitchy. misreading social cues can seem like she doesn't care about being polite. etc.

even something like her having a meltdown in front of someone might not be picked up for what it is, because it's often not irl if people aren't informed and odile would go above and beyond to convince you to forget it happened. and that's a hypothetical because it's almost always happened while she's alone.
