There’s a lot we can learn from training for a marathon. - If the workout is bigger than you can handle then break them up into smaller pieces. - We must get comfortable with being uncomfortable. - It’s not about how fast you can go, but how far you can go. - Off days are not meant to do nothing. It’s meant for self care, recovery, and preparation so that you can continue to go back out there, fight, and get uncomfortable not matter how long it takes to get the results you want.
