spent just about 2 hours at my usual sit down coffee shop+bar yesterday. me and my Loopz against the chatty table next to me, i was able to finish reading ch.8 for Anatomy & Physiology i!! i have sat and finished a reading in too long! 😅 ch.8 is about the muscular system and i am MUCH more comfortable with this than the skeletal system. that ch tools me literally a month to get through. whew!!

Dearly beloved,
Today was fuckign gnarly. It got off to a good productive start - I got groceries and then clocked in for a couple hours to get that money to pay for em. Then as I’m finishing up my work, right before I begin my schoolwork, my wife comes in complaining of stomach and back pain so I take her to the ER. Then followed the 6 scariest hours of my life. I can’t even describe to yall how terrifying it was to not know what was going on and to genuinely fear for my wife’s life and health. It was crazy. I love her so much.
3.11.23 The semester started at full speed and hasn’t slowed down since! I’ve been taking Statistics and R Studio, Oral Communication, Black Queer Media and Literature, and Organic Chemistry II. Who knew that I would read a poc lesbian vampire historical-fiction novel for an academic class? It’s called the Gilda Stories by Jewelle Gomez and I’m definitely enjoying it so far.
