If you were in the hospital and were not allowed to get out of bed unassisted, would you call for a nurse to give you the snacks that are just out of reach?

My immediate thought is ABSOLUTELY NOT! I would distract myself, read, watch tv, take a nap, and try not to think of my snacks. 😇

I would wait for the next time a nurse checked on me to ask that my snacks be brought closer.

Just kidding.

I would do it myself and if I wrecked myself trying—I wouldn’t make a single sound while I slithered, butt walked, and/or crawled to get back in bed with the snack clenched between my teeth.

Anywho, this is not people pleasing. This is respectful. Right?
