When Person A asks you for help on a customization, you have years of experience doing exactly what they want to do. They want to learn it themselves and you instruct them word for word what they should do and what steps to take. Random Person B chimes in, is completely wrong, but it sounds "easier". Person A ruins their doll as a result then asks you for help to fix it. Fuck no. Don't fucking ask a customizer that's been doing this shit for a decade and then take the word of a newbie instantly.
