whats your dissertation about?
I'm writing about two diasporic Caribbean authors who incorporate Caribbean folklore into their novels which fall under the genre of science fiction/magical realism. Part of my research will address creolization and notions of pan-Caribbeanism. The problem is I don't know if any of that makes sense.

Let's get married. Because obviously we are on the same plane of karmic existence]. I'll just let my wife know...
Listen, I'm down for having a partner in this hell. We'll take turns crying in each other's laps and drinking rum at odd hours. Your wife can come too :)

Wait can we guess? 12.
Oh my God. Not quite that much, but there's always today! *sigh*
So i have the leaked finale and just came to say, i will wait until Sunday to watch. Ohhhh, the temptation! !!
I just downloaded it, too, so I can start making gifs right when it's over (or as soon as I collect myself). Now the trouble is having the willpower to not just watch the episode in the next 5.5 hours!
There is no question that Brody is tired of it all but the dying will still be as shock if/when that scene comes to play. I have to wonder about that shot sound Brody heard but then again, there were no shouting etc. The extraction will be something to watch but i think if Brody lives through it. I think when Senator Lockhart takes up his position that he will still take out Brody.
I can't see any way that Brody can a) plausibly and b) compellingly survive.

Just finishing watching and i have to say...HOLY SHIT. WTF. SMFH. Does Homeland made you curse while watching???
(and) I was trying to find if anyone mention the "mouse change". How long you think it will take before Saul find out and what do think of the it because, it made me say...WTF!
Um, I sometimes wonder if my neighbors thing something's gone wrong in my apartment, especially after last night. From about minute 35 on, I was just saying "WHAT THE FUCK" over and over again and pacing around my living room. But that is only slightly abnormal for me. I'm a very vocal viewer.
Re: the mouse, Gansa said the whole deal of who that is will be revealed in the next episode. I don't think that guy is working for terrorists, but maybe is just a spy for another government.
Carrie is pregnant, WOW!. Its was a bit surprising to see her mother instinct end in and i think Quinn notice as well for a few seconds. As for the baby daddy, i think its brody but if it is, it will be a shocker for the season. I think its the random hookup she had when she needed a place for the night. Baby now mightn't be good for her but in the long run it might be so as to truly mellow her out. But question is who called the police and whats the motive behind Javadi kills.
I'm afraid you won't ever be able to convince me that Carrie is cut out to be a mother (she doesn't need to mellow out--or she doesn't need to become a single mother in order to do so), but I also think it's random ginger man.
As for your other questions--who called the police? A neighbor. Don't think that's so out of the ordinary. It was a residential place, people noticing their neighbors' goings-on is pretty normal.
Why did Javadi kill those people? He knew Saul had him but he also knew he could do just about whatever he wanted. This is a "fuck you" to Saul -- now those deaths are sort of on his hands, not to mention it throws a big logistical wrench into the operation as there are two unexplained murders (from the looks of the promo, this seems to be an issue). I also think he was furious with his ex-wife for abandoning him, and Saul was the one who helped them escape.
