i feel like with his age and line of work he'd definitely know what it is
post-stream if you're regressing then he'll be oh so careful with you, pampering you and staying with you while you get patched up.

calls you kit, because you're his baby of course
distracts you with games and such if he sees you getting upset
if you're grumpy, he's grumpy. especially if it's something you're upset about specifically.
"sweetie girl/boy/baby, you're killin' me" as you cling onto him. with his older age it's gotten more difficult and you're too clingy to care. he'll try to get kangaroo or rhino to do it but oh no, you want him.
tickle attacks out of the blue! post-stream and post patch up, you're laying there and then boom! tickle!
of course, lets you play with his tail and ears. will tickle your neck or sensitive skin with his tail to hear your little giggles
cheek pincher. his cuteness aggression gets the better of him and he lets his usual professional personality slip.
