🍦A LA MODE 🍦 Once again we’re teaming up with Brooklyn’s Four & Twenty Blackbirds (@birdsblack) for an LA pop-up, this time at our Venice scoop shop. Come in on Saturday, Aug. 5 and Sunday, Aug. 6, and grab a slice of pie paired with ice cream (plus a dollop of whipped cream if you’d like!), or a whole pie and pints to go.

29/30: Bourbon Pear (with a twist!) Thanksgiving seemed like the perfect time to make this recipe from Four and Twenty Blackbirds. But I wanted double crusts and a little extra somethin’, so I put part of the crumble in the filling and added salted caramel. Swoon.
