Like really I can't remain mad at the game's writing I can't bring myself to hate it even with all the obvious flaws. Because. The flaws are part of what makes it so interesting. For all the parts where the surgery feels obvious, there are parts where what is a conscious design choice and what is the dissatisfactory but technically functional concession made from scenario changes and assets recycling is impossible to distinguish. And because we can't know it becomes fascinating. And like. And like. Oh my god I was going to make a normal post but I can't because I have to ramble about the "mirroring ffxiii" thing. Ten years ago did I bend your ears about the mirroring of ffxiii in the end or did I leave before I could? I don't care I'm doing it now. I'm gonna do it now it has to come out. Stay tuned
