Key Points for Pellet Production Line
Feeding conveyor control Use a gate to keep material layer thin for stable operation. Thick material causes uneven feeding, fluctuating ammeter, high motor temperature. Adjust feed rate via frequency converter only.
Impurity removal Screen out large wood, stones before use. Install magnetic separators to remove iron; clean them once per shift (more frequently if heavy iron content) to maintain effectiveness.
Air duct sealing Inspect and seal air ducts regularly to avoid air leakage, which causes poor dust/steam exhaust and overheated motors. Use thin-walled iron piping to resist high-temperature hot air from the pellet chamber.
Oil line inspection Check oil pipes (especially in pellet chamber) before each shift for loose fittings or leaks. Wrap threads with PTFE tape and retighten if leaking. Reapply tape when reassembling oil connectors after roller removal. Monitor gearbox oil level; stop machine immediately to fix leaks if oil drops.
Conveyor belt alignment Adjust bolts promptly if inlet/outlet conveyors drift. Tighten bearing bolts to avoid belt damage.
Safety maintenance Perform maintenance only when power is off. Check wiring regularly for leaks to ensure safety.
Daily cleaning Clean the entire line after each shift. Excessive dust causes moisture, short circuits in control panels and motors, and dust explosion risks.
