âwe can unpack tomorrow. iâm so tiredâ he grabbed a glass and filled it up with water, gulping it down

you had cooked mac and cheese for dinner since you couldnât go to the store to get groceries. you and billy talked about a lot of things. everything but what you two were.
you changed into your pyjamas and slid into bed. for some reason, you couldnât sleep. itâs not that you werenât comfortable, you just didnât feel right. you got up and looked at the clock, and it read 1:24 am. you peaked into billyâs room and saw him sleeping peacefully. you bit your lip softly as you slowly crept into his room, sliding under the sheets and pressing yourself against him.

you laugh âyes, i was annoyed by you, but after talking to you after i told you i was pregnant i started to like you. and when we moved, i knew i was in love with you and it was hard to keep it from youâ
âwell now you donât have toâ he smiles and kisses you again. you guys pull away and you grab the photos, looking at them while billy had his arms around you and hands on your stomach, chin on your shoulder as he looked at the photos as well âthatâs our baby, babyâ

billy was angry. everyone in hawkins was fucking annoying and he had enough of this town.Â
he didnât like anyone, and no one liked him. well, that wasnât true. there was tommy, tina and carol, but billy didnât actually like them. he just needed to know the dirt of Steve Harrington to take his crown as king of Hawkins High.
the only person, or thing, he really loved was his car. his âbabyâ , he called her. billy took good care of her.Â
billy was driving around Hawkins, blaring his music.Â
âdisturbing the peace, my assâ he mumbled and sped up, cars honking at him and he flipped them off. he parked in the gas station parking lot and got out, slamming his door. he just needed more cigarettes so he could take them up to the edge of the cliff and smoke the whole fucking pack there and forget about the âhick townâ called Hawkins.Â
before billy could walk in, the whimper of a small animal rung in his ears. he stopped in his tracks and saw a tiny brown lab with a ragged collar around his neck, shivering against the brick wall, and billyâs tense shoulders dropped.Â
he was a sap when it came to animals. especially dogs. ESPECIALLY puppies.Â
billy bent down and held out his hand for the tiny dog to smell. the piercing blue eyed puppy sniffed billyâs hand before getting up, wagging his tail and jumping on billyâs thigh. billy laughed as the dogâs tiny tongue kissed his face. he took of the gross collar, throwing it away.
âi canât leave him here, heâs going to freeze to death.â
the blonde picked up the dog and placed him in his jacket, hopefully his body heat and jacket warmed him up.
billy got into his car and sped out of the gas station, not really caring about his cigarettes. he drove home and neil wasnât home, but max was

billy and max turned around and see steve harrington. billy looked down at the counter in shame, taking the bags and placing them in the cart
they walk away from the counter and max takes out Beau and billy takes out the bags

billy didnât think this felt weird. he actually liked it. he realised how douche-y he had been towards max, and after today, he enjoyed seeing max happy, and now hated seeing her sad.

the door opened and both stood up, facing the two adults
âalright, you can keep him, but you have to look after him. feed him, bathe him, all thatâ neil explained and wide smiles spread across max and billyâs faces
âthank you!â max hugged both the parents, and billy smiled at how happy she was âcome on, billy, letâs go give him a bath!â
billy nodded and max disappeared upstairs. billy looked at his father and bowed his head
âyou stay nice to her. thatâs all i wanted since the startâ
âyes sirâ billy said. neil nodded and left. susan placed her hand on billyâs shoulder and he looked at her
âthank you for making her happyâ she said and kissed billyâs cheek. he nodded and she went inside.
âhargrove!â billy turned around and there stood y/n, and he smiled
