“I was there to shoot @timbaland and Magoo’s cd cover. After we finished, Timbaland got me to come over to a video they were filming, and Aaliyah Missy Elliott came through and posed for me.” - Mike Miller.

Music video director (Billie Woodruff) stated that everyone (except Aaliyah) was all from Virginia and it felt like a family reunion to him to be reconnected with everyone. They wanted to give the music video a feel of how VA rolls and decided on a funhouse approach.

So it was just some things going on, you don’t know what it is, but it’s just like, “Oh what’s this over here?” So it’s like a funhouse, but you don’t totally understand everything, kinda". - Billie Woodruff
